About The Position

The Stock Associate role focuses on delivering friendly customer service, assisting customers in finding products, and ensuring a fast and friendly checkout experience. This position involves completing truck unloading and merchandise duties throughout the store, maintaining store recovery standards, and supporting Omni channel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS). The role also includes participating in stocking and planogram processes, performing merchandise recovery and maintenance, supporting shrink and safety programs, and adhering to Standard Operating Procedures. Team members in this role are expected to interact positively with others, promote the company's vision and values, and may be cross-trained in Custom Framing.

Requirements

Must be at least sixteen (16) years or older.
Ability to remain standing for long periods of time.
Ability to move throughout the store.
Regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching.
Lifting heavy boxes and accessing high shelves by ladder or similar equipment.

Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Complete truck unloading and merchandise duties.

Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
Participate in the truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
Complete merchandise recovery and maintenance, including the merchandise return/go-back process and general store recovery.
Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned.
Support shrink and safety programs.
Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs.
Interact with others in an accepting and respectful manner.
Cross train in Custom Framing selling and production.
Other duties as assigned.
