About The Position

ANINE BING is looking for a part-time Stock Associate to join our Pacific Palisades retail team. This role is an opportunity to help shape the next chapter of ANINE BING. As a key contributor within our Pacific Palisades store team, the Stock Associate brings both organizational focus and hands-on execution to their work—supporting our global growth while staying grounded in the brand’s DNA: refined, fast-moving, and always evolving. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a creative yet performance-driven environment. The ideal candidate combines a sharp eye for detail with a clear sense of the big picture. They’re collaborative, resourceful, and energized by building something special, together. This is an in-person, retail store-based position in Los Angeles, CA.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of relevant stock, inventory, or operations experience in a retail environment preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience using retail inventory systems and processes; familiarity with POS and order fulfillment platforms is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-first attitude.
  • Ability to regularly stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the store during shifts
  • Ability to meet physical demands, including but not limited to: standing and walking for extended periods; frequent bending, reaching, squatting, and climbing ladders; lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds; moving merchandise and fixtures; operating POS systems; and performing all essential job functions in a fast-paced retail environment, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily stock room operations, ensuring organized storage, clear pathways, and accessible inventory for ease of fulfillment and safety.
  • Receive and process all inbound and outbound shipments, maintaining accuracy and timely execution.
  • Replenish the sales floor throughout the day and assist the sales team with customer service needs as required.
  • Conduct weekly cycle counts and partner on bi-annual physical inventory, resolving discrepancies as needed.
  • Lead online order fulfillment for the store and manage logistics and inventory transfers to the warehouse.
  • Monitor and communicate low inventory levels of store supplies and shipping materials to management.
  • Support store housekeeping, including opening and closing operational tasks alongside the team.
