About The Position

The Stock Associate controls the flow of merchandise from the stockroom to the retail sales floor and receives, unpacks, organizes, stores, packages, and labels merchandise. The role also supports the shopping experience by providing customer service and ringing up customers as needed.

The ideal candidate provides engaging, thoughtful service, enjoys meeting people, works efficiently and stays organized, and is self-motivated to pursue personal growth and development. The associate works with management to execute floor sets and maintain store merchandising and operational standards.

The position requires flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, and may require bending, lifting, opening, and moving products and fixtures weighing up to 50 pounds. The listed pay range is USD $16.00–$20.00 per hour. Eligible associates may receive medical, dental, and vision coverage, term life insurance, paid vacation and holidays, and a 401(k) with company match. All associates are eligible for a merchandise discount. Eligible store hourly associates scheduled to work on a designated holiday receive additional compensation.

Responsibilities

• Execute merchandise-flow routines to help meet sales goals.
• Process merchandise deliveries according to the store delivery schedule.
• Maintain an organized and clean stockroom.
• Work with management to execute floor sets.
• Consistently meet store merchandising and operational standards.
• Assist with the physical inventory process.
• Support store management's shortage-reduction measures.
• Provide customer service and ring up customers as needed.
