The Stock Associate is responsible for receiving shipments, accurately maintaining inventory records, and managing stockroom and off-site locations. This role assists the sales team in replenishing the sales floor after shipments or during recovery periods, ensuring the highest level of customer service standards for both internal and external customers. Key duties include scanning shipments, ticketing and stocking merchandise, providing feedback on inventory levels and damages, organizing the stockroom, ensuring aisles and exits are clear, safely storing merchandise, packing for customer deliveries, transporting merchandise to and from remote locations, maintaining stockroom cleanliness, and completing daily tasks and company policies. The role may also involve assisting on the sales floor during peak times.
