As a Stock Associate, you'll play a key role in ensuring our store operates efficiently behind the scenes while supporting an exceptional customer experience. This is a fast-paced, physically active role that requires a strong sense of urgency, organization, and teamwork. Success in this role requires the ability to thrive in a high-volume environment where efficiency, accuracy, and adaptability are essential. You'll spend the majority of your shift moving merchandise, processing shipment, and supporting daily operational goals. This role is best suited for individuals who enjoy staying active, working with a sense of urgency, and taking pride in accomplishing operational goals. Requirements

1+ year of retail, stock, warehouse, or inventory experience preferred.
A strong work ethic with the ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Proven ability to work with speed, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Comfortable using technology and inventory management systems.
A collaborative, customer-focused mindset.
Dependable, adaptable, and motivated to contribute to the success of the team.

Responsibilities

Maintain an organized, well-stocked sales floor and stockroom.
Process high volumes of incoming and outgoing shipment efficiently and accurately.
Execute all shipping and receiving procedures in accordance with company standards.
Replenish merchandise quickly to support the needs of the business and our customers.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and visual standards throughout the store.
Partner with the selling team to ensure merchandise is readily available and customer needs are met.
Support omnichannel fulfillment by utilizing available technology and inventory management tools.
