The associate is expected to exemplify the highest level of customer service standards, scan shipments, ticket and stock merchandise, and provide feedback to their supervisor regarding inventory levels and damages. Responsibilities also include organizing the stockroom, ensuring aisles and exits are clear, safely storing merchandise, packing for customer deliveries, transporting merchandise to remote locations, and maintaining a clean and organized stockroom. The role may also involve assisting on the sales floor during peak times and completing daily tasks and store maintenance. Compliance with all company policies and procedures is required, with a focus on minimizing loss to the company through appropriate stockroom procedures.
