About The Position

The Stock Associate is responsible for the smooth flow of products in the boutique, from delivery to sales floor. This role is key to ensuring sales teams always have the right product at the right time, and that the stockroom remains organized and reliable on a daily basis. The Stock Associate collaborates closely with HQ team in Paris, overseen by the Stock Manager.

Requirements

• Strong sense of organization and attention to detail, comfortable with processes and follow-up
• Team spirit, with the ability to collaborate closely with sales and VM teams
• Reactivity and initiative, especially during high commercial activity periods
• Problem solver

Responsibilities

• Manage the full product flow from intake to output: unpacking deliveries, tracking receptions and returns, and organizing the stockroom
• Maintain and optimize the storage area to keep daily operations running smoothly
• Take part in organizing and following up on inventories
• Analyze stock discrepancies and help investigate missing products
• Ensure stock availability to support commercial actions and Visual Merchandising
• Stay closely aligned with the boutique's sales objectives and proactively contribute to achieving them
