About The Position
Looking for a hands-on, fast-paced role with a great team? Join Gertens as a Stock Associate and help keep our operations running smoothly during our busy season! This is a seasonal position from April to June/early July, located in Inver Grove Heights, MN. The role involves receiving, verifying, organizing, and shipping products with accuracy and care.
Requirements
- Must be 18+ years old
- Able to start ASAP

Responsibilities
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments by comparing identifying information, counts, weights, and measurements against bills of lading, invoices, and orders
- Unpack and inspect incoming shipments; document shortages or damages and coordinate with shippers as needed
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with audits
- Deliver items to appropriate departments and locations
- Review outgoing products to ensure shipments meet company specifications
- Maintain inventory of shipping materials and supplies
- Perform warehouse functions across departments as needed
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
- Follow all quality, safety, legal, and food safety standards
- Conduct daily forklift inspections
- Support additional duties as assigned
