Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Support mobility, transfers, and mealtime routines
- Provide companionship and build meaningful relationships
- Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions
- Work closely with nurses and the care team to deliver exceptional care
