Requirements
- Valid STNA certification in the state of Ohio.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, patient, and attentive to residents’ needs.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in a healthcare or caregiving role preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
- Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes in residents’ conditions to the nursing staff.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, ensuring proper infection control procedures.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
- Assist with mobility and transportation within the facility as needed.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure consistent and high-quality care.
