Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care
- Observe and report changes in resident conditions
- Support residents' emotional, physical, and social well-being
- Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families
- Collaborate with nurses and fellow caregivers to provide exceptional care
