Requirements

Current State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification in Ohio.
Compassionate, dependable, and team oriented.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lift, transfer, and assist residents safely.

Nice To Haves

Previous long-term care or post-acute experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Provide direct, hands-on care to residents while promoting dignity and independence.
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
Take and record vital signs and accurately document resident care.
Answer call lights promptly and respond to resident needs with compassion.
Observe and report changes in residents' physical or emotional condition to the nursing team.
Assist with meal service, hydration, and feeding as needed.
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
Work collaboratively with nurses, therapists, and other team members to provide exceptional care.
