Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living
- Promote resident comfort, dignity, and safety throughout the night
- Respond promptly and compassionately to resident needs
- Communicate effectively with nursing staff regarding resident care
- Help create a calm and supportive environment for residents
