We are currently looking for compassionate STNAs to join our team! The position ensures and promotes excellent care delivery on the nursing care units. The position ensures the needs of the residents and resident families are met during the care delivery process. Looking for Full Time Day & Night Positions. Come join our team as a STNA at our state of the art, skilled nursing facility. This position provides direct care to the patients in the facility and provides direct oversight to the nurse aides. Ensures and promotes excellent care delivery on the nursing care units. The position ensures the needs of the residents, resident families and nursing aides are met during the care delivery process.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Holds & maintains a STNA Certificate from the state of Ohio
Responsibilities
- Assists in the responsibility for the total patient care within the nursing unit.
- Provides direct STNA care to the patients
- Provides basic care under the supervision of nursing staff
- Assist with daily living activities (such bathing, dressing, and grooming)
- Assist the residents with meals
- Assist with mobility, transferring, and positioning
- Change linens and help maintain a safe & clean environment
- Provides emotional support and companionship to residents
