Requirements
- Current STNA certification in the state of Ohio
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Compassion for seniors and a heart for caregiving
- Team player mentality
Responsibilities
- Provide daily care and support to our residents with dignity and respect
- Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, etc.)
- Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families
- Work closely with nurses and the care team to ensure top-quality care
- Help create a positive, uplifting environment where residents feel at home
