About The Position

Sonida Senior Living is seeking individuals to join their Shift Team as an STNA. This role offers flexibility in choosing shifts and premium pay. As a Shift Team employee, you will have the opportunity to work at multiple communities within the Ohio market and pick up shifts based on your availability. The position allows for flexibility to work up to 29 hours per week. A user-friendly mobile app is available for selecting and confirming shifts.

Requirements

Must be a licensed STNA in OH

High school graduate or GED preferred

Responsibilities

Performs duties in accordance with accepted standards of resident care.
Duties include assisting with dressing, grooming, bathing, and escorts and transfers.
Assists residents with nutritional needs, including setting dining tables, serving meals, providing proper fluid requirements, and offering substitutions when appropriate.
Reminding residents to take medication and opening containers and packages for residents.
Recognizes changes in the residents' behavior and conditions and reports those changes to the Assisted Living Director.
