About The Position
This role is for a Part-Time STNA (State Tested Nursing Assistant) who is compassionate, has a strong work ethic, and is dedicated to providing excellent care to residents. The position involves assisting residents with daily activities, offering hands-on care, being a supportive presence, and collaborating with nurses and teammates to ensure high-quality resident care. The ideal candidate will be a friendly face, a good listener, and someone who can create meaningful moments for residents. Responsibilities
- Helping residents with daily activities while preserving their dignity and independence

- Monitoring and reporting changes in resident conditions
