About The Position
STNA TRANSPORTATION AIDE — CARE ON THE MOVE! Love helping residents and staying active during your shift? Join our team as a STNA Transportation Aide, where you support residents as they get where they need to go — all without driving. PACS is revolutionizing the delivery and leadership of post-acute healthcare and support services across the country. Requirements
- Active STNA certification
- CPR certified or willing to obtain CPR certification
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable attitude
- Ability to assist residents with mobility needs
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Must be very flexible with schedule and assignments
Nice To Haves
- Possibility to pick up extra hours as an STNA on the floor
Responsibilities
- Escort residents to appointments, therapy, and activities within the facility
- Assist residents with wheelchairs, walkers, and safe transfers
- Provide reassurance and friendly companionship during transport
- Communicate resident needs with nursing and therapy teams
- Help ensure residents arrive safely, comfortably, and on time
