About The Position
Mercy Medical Center Home Health is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide to provide one-on-one care to patients, helping them remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. This role offers a supportive clinical team environment and the opportunity to build lasting relationships with patients and families while making a meaningful impact.
Requirements
- STNA, CNA, or 75-hour Nurse Aide Training
- 1+ year of caregiving experience
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance
- Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused
Responsibilities
- Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal care
- Help patients maintain a safe and comfortable home environment
- Observe and report changes in patient condition
- Communicate with nurses, patients, and families
- Complete required documentation
