About The Position
Champion Creek is hiring STNAs/CNAs for the day shift at its 99-suite skilled nursing facility in Medina, Ohio. The position involves assisting residents with activities of daily living, documenting care, supporting nursing staff, and maintaining residents’ dignity and safety. Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Document care.
