Server Assistant to join our team. As a key member of the Eau Resort & Spa team, you will play an essential role in delivering exceptional service to our guests, upholding the standards of our Forbes Five-Star resort. This role is designated for our lobby restaurant, Stir.

- Ability to be well organized, maintain concentration and think clearly when providing service to several guests within any given period of time

- Ability to work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team

Responsibilities
- Servicing guests
- Assisting with functions for the server(s)
- Delivering food to guest tables according to hotel specification, courteously and efficiently
- Assisting in the maintenance of the restaurant, pool area and equipment
- Providing lateral service when necessary
- Transport food items to the bar, and dining room in timely manner and also to the lounge as needed
- Present food to guests with correct items without asking
- Turn and reset rooms for all meal periods during shifts
- Approach tables quickly and efficiently with water/juice or coffee, while supporting the server's request though service
