Part-Time Power Equipment Technician at Ace Hardware. Requirements

• Previous experience with outdoor power equipment repair, preferably Stihl products
• Basic mechanical and electrical skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently within a team
• Flexibility to work weekday afternoons, with reliable attendance

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair Stihl power equipment, including chainsaws, trimmers, blowers, and other outdoor tools
• Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on equipment
• Provide knowledgeable advice and excellent customer service regarding product use and maintenance
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and parts inventory
• Document repair processes and communicate effectively with team members and customers
