About The Position

Stibo STEP MDM Solution & Delivery Architect with experience leading end-to-end MDM implementations, including solution architecture, data modeling, SKU migration, Boomi integrations, data migration, QA testing, and change management. Skilled in aligning STEP implementations with business objectives, reducing delivery risks, and collaborating across business and technical teams to deliver scalable MDM solutions.

Requirements

• Extensive experience (7 – 12 years) successfully delivering Stibo Product and other domains of MDM solutions.
• Other additional vendor MDM solutions is a plus.
• Proven background working across business and technology teams, translating business requirements into enforceable data standards and architectural patterns.
• Knowledge of Product MDM architecture patterns, workflows and business rule configuration.
• Demonstrated strong communication skills with executives.
• Demonstrable experience in manufacturing and retail is a plus.
• Ability to talk to business stakeholders in business context without technology.
• Ability to demonstrate strategic thinking and problem solving.
• Understanding of both business and technical sides of Product data governance, including data quality and stewardship, migration architecture, reconciliation and validation, golden record design, and master data lifecycle management.
• Significant experience (7 - 12 years) in the design and development of Stibo STEP MDM product and other domain data solutions.
• Ability to design and govern complex integration and oversee Boomi architecture.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA, Salsify, PLMs (Centric & Teamcenter), IBP, GS1, and downstream consuming systems.
• Knowledge of SAP master data integration; API, event driven and batch; source to target mapping; error handling and observability; and cross-platform enterprise architecture.
• Expertise in Stibo STEP Data Model Design.
• Expertise in Product Hierarchies & Classifications.
• Expertise in Workflow & Business Rule Configuration.
• Expertise in Security & Role Design.
• Expertise in Enterprise Solution Governance.
• Expertise in Product MDM Architecture Patterns.

Nice To Haves

• Other additional vendor MDM solutions is a plus.
