Stewarding Supervisor (Overnight)
About The Position
Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort is seeking a Stewarding Supervisor to provide leadership support in the Stewarding department, with a strong emphasis on overnight operations. This role involves assisting staff in cleaning and sanitizing kitchen equipment, drains, sinks, floors, and walls. The supervisor will also be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing pots, pans, and utensils, reporting damaged equipment, safely using and storing cleaning chemicals, and ensuring compliance with Florida Health code standards. Additionally, the position involves planning weekly work assignments, tracking daily opportunities, and making recommendations for training, performance evaluations, and discipline for overnight stewards.
Requirements
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of night cleaning style work and operations.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, working with a large team.
- Flexible schedule, ability to work weekends and holidays.
- Fluent in English.
- Possess legal work authorization in the United States.

Responsibilities
- Assist staff in cleaning and sanitizing all ovens, steam kettles, mixers, and other kitchen equipment.
- Clean and sanitize all kitchen drains, sinks, floors, and walls.
- Clean, dust, sweep, mop, polish, scrub, wash, strip, and buff kitchen and pastry shop production areas and hallways.
- Clean and sanitize all pots, pans, and kitchen utensils using the correct cleaning and rinsing solutions and process.
- Report any damaged or excessively worn pieces for repair.
- Safely utilize and store all cleaning compounds, chemicals, and materials, including soaking solution, utilizing the correct protective clothing.
- Ensure knowledge of and adherence to State of Florida Health code standards.
- Plan and organize weekly work assignments.
- Track day-to-day opportunities.
- Make recommendations regarding training, performance evaluations, and discipline for overnight stewards/night cleaners.
