About The Position

Join our Forbes Triple Five-Star Resort and lead a stewarding team supporting award-winning culinary operations. This is a great opportunity for a strong dishwasher, kitchen utility, or steward looking to move into leadership. The role involves supervising dishwashing and stewarding operations, assigning daily cleaning schedules and duties, ensuring kitchens and equipment meet sanitation standards, training and coaching stewarding team members, maintaining organization of kitchen equipment and storage areas, monitoring inventory of china, glassware, and utensils, supporting the efficiency of culinary operations, and leading by example with hands-on support.

• Evening, weekend, and holiday availability required

Nice To Haves

• Stewarding, dishwasher, or kitchen utility experience preferred
• Previous supervisor or team lead experience a plus
• Hospitality experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervise dishwashing and stewarding operations
