About The Position

Responsible for washing all china, glassware, silverware, pots, pans and other items used in the restaurant, kitchen and banquet department. Responsible for breakdown of all boxes, emptying trash containers into the dumpster and cleaning all containers. Clean walls in the kitchen as appropriate, especially in the dish room area. Clean floor mats, sweeps and mops the entire kitchen floor daily. Ensures the dish machine is operating effectively and reading at the appropriate temperature. Assists with unloading and organizing shipments. Performs all other duties as deemed necessary by management.
