Position Summary The Dishwasher / Steward is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation and organization of all kitchen equipment, utensils, dishes, and food preparation areas while ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend and lift for extended periods.
- Grasp, lift, push, pull, carry, or transport up to 50 pounds.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Vacation scheduling during off-season months as business needs allow.

Responsibilities
- Wash dishes, glassware, silverware, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of dishwashing stations, kitchen work areas, and storage areas.
- Remove trash and dispose of waste properly.
- Restock clean dishes, utensils, and kitchen supplies.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
- Report on equipment maintenance issues and assistance with other kitchen duties as assigned.
