About The Position

We are looking for a Dishwasher who is an all-around team player, responsible for cleaning and restocking dishes, and providing assistance where needed. This role is crucial to the operation of our food and beverage areas, which aim to be a culinary hub for gatherings and entertaining. The ideal candidate is a hard worker who thrives in a clean and organized environment, possesses a positive attitude, and enjoys contributing to memorable guest experiences. Communication, coordination, and teamwork are essential for success in this role.

Requirements

Ability to lift 50 pounds.
Willingness to perform duties assigned by the chefs.

Current, legal and unrestricted ability to work in The United States.

Responsibilities

Ensure cleanliness and organization, adhering to health codes and maintaining a safe work environment with sanitation buckets.
Maintain a clean uniform and appearance.
Transport dishes safely from various venue locations to the main dishwashing station.
Restock plate ware and ensure cleanliness and safety.
Communicate effectively with teammates, listen, and adapt to changing needs.
Treat everyone with respect and assist teammates when needed.
Organize plates and glassware.
Mop stockrooms and report hazardous situations.
Replenish and clean the café.
Collect soiled dishes from dining areas and transport them to the kitchen.
