About The Position
Helps to maintain the Levy standard for cleanliness of the kitchen and comissaries, concessions stands, as well as other equipment and utensils in an orderly and sanitary condition. Works cross functionally with back of house and front of house during catering events, concerts, football games, etc. Ensures compliance with outlined safety procedures.
