About The Position
Prepares tableware for washing, i.e., scrapes plates, pre soak silver, places all items to be washed in their proper rack. Sets up dishwashing machine, i.e., drains closed, tanks filled, temperatures at correct level, detergents at proper level. Washes dishes and then stacks and stores china in appropriate kitchen area. Thoroughly cleans dishwashing equipment and working areas. Collects all soiled pots, washes and restacks cleaned pots on shelves. Responsible for all removal of garbage and refuse. Mops and sweeps floors. Washes walls and ceiling tiles. Sanitizes all cooking equipment. Maintains upbeat, positive attitude, friendly and helpful demeanor, positive energy and enthusiasm from one interaction to the next. Utilizes smiles and frequent eye contact and friendly tone of voice to project warmth and friendliness. Promotes Caesars and always projects Caesars in a positive light to guests.
