Hank's Seafood has been beautifully renovated to an ambiance that reflects Charleston's port history and family roots. This individual is a crucial part of the kitchen. This person knows that a successful culinary experience can only be created with sanitized and well-maintained equipment and facilities. Their primary role is to maintain a clean kitchen, properly organize the restaurant and back of house area, and assists with the preparation of food as need.

Requirements

Efficient personality
Ability to maintain multiple projects and high priority needs as required

Responsibilities

Load and unload dishwashing machines
Wash specific items by hand (e.g wooden cutting boards, large pots and delicate china)
Store clean dishes, glasses and equipment accordingly
Ensure there are enough clean dishes, glasses, and utensil, especially during peak hours
Check washing machines’ operation and promptly report any technical/performance issues
