About The Position

Steward – Lumen Field Become a part of the Levy team at Lumen Field, home of the Seattle Seahawks, Seattle Sounders FC, OL Reign, and world-class concerts and events. As a Steward, you will assist with the operations of kitchen work locations, concessions stands, and kitchen equipment by ensuring cleanliness and maintaining high sanitation standards for all kitchen work areas and equipment.

Requirements

Ability to effectively communicate with managers and other team members
Working knowledge of all applicable sanitation requirements
Physically able to bend, reach, and lift heavy objects
Capability to stand and walk for long periods of time
Ability to work in hot and cold environments
Ability to complete digital onboarding materials and electronic employment verification
Black non-slip shoes required when working
Possess valid WA State Food Handlers permit

Responsibilities

Clean and sanitize all food production areas, including floors, walls, counters, sinks, and equipment
Operate large kitchen equipment such as dishwashers, sanitizers, trash compactors
Wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and food preparation machines
Remove trash and recyclables and clean garbage cans in food preparation areas
Ensure all food production areas are fully cleaned and sanitized before each event
Move supplies and equipment safely between storage and work areas
Assist with loading and distributing supplies, utensils, and kitchen equipment
Complies with federal, state and local health and sanitation regulations and department sanitation procedures
Adheres to Levy Restaurants Company guidelines as stated in the team member training manual and employee handbook
Perform additional duties as assigned by Chefs or Steward Supervisors
