About The Position

Bass Pro Shops is opening a brand-new restaurant right inside their store and is looking to hire staff who love great food, good company and making every guest feel right at home. The Steward properly cleans, stores, and maintains all washable items within a sanitary and safe working environment.

Requirements

High school diploma/GED preferred.
Experience in and passion for consumer service
Willingness to learn new skills and be a team player
An attitude of flexibility and mindfulness about the team approach
Clean and clear service areas
Follow proper procedures as disclosed in Standard Operating Procedures as explained to staff
Regular walking, standing, lifting up to 50lbs, bending, stooping, climbing, etc.

Responsibilities

Operates dishwashing equipment to ensure adequate supplies of clean and sanitary tableware at all times.
Maintains personal hygiene and sanitation standards as established by Health Department.
Follows proper food storage, handling and preparation standards.
Adheres to established Ecosure standards.
Maintains a clean and safe work environment through regular floor maintenance, trash removal, proper storage of equipment and cleaning of Dish area prior to the end of each shift.
Handles and uses chemicals needed to clean and sanitize tableware in a safe manner.
Complete all training requirements.
ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED.
