We are looking for a Steward/Dishwasher to perform job duties required to maintain kitchen work areas and kitchen equipment in clean and orderly condition. Requirements

Ability to operate large electric machines such as dishwashers, sanitizers, trash compactors, and glass crushers.
Ability to wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, and meat blocks and all other food prep surfaces as assigned.
Ability to segregate and remove trash and garbage and place it in designated containers.
Ability to steam clean or hose out garbage cans in appropriate and assigned areas.
Ability to wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils and other food preparation machines and equipment.
Ability to transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas observing all safe lifting standards.
Ability to assist with loading or unloading and delivering supplies and product.
Ability to distribute supplies, utensils and portable equipment as needed.
Compliance with all outlined sanitation and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

Sweeps and mops floors at appropriate intervals to ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
