About The Position

Responsible for the cleanliness of all equipment that goes beyond the normal daily cleaning operations to ensure the highest standards are achieved.

Requirements

• Obtain SERV Safe Certification
• Basic knowledge in the use of housekeeping/cleaning equipment and knowledge of chemicals as it relates to MSDS
• Understand government public health and, or safety regulations
• 1+ years of experience using a computer.

Responsibilities

• You will deep clean commercial kitchens and equipment including fryers, flat tops, grills, ranges, and ovens.
• You will move equipment and furniture to sweep, mop, vacuum, and scrub floors using brooms, mops and vacuum cleaners.
• You will deep clean and disinfect walls sinks, countertops, floors, tables, chairs, refrigerators, and microwaves.
• Perform other tasks as may be assigned.
