The operation of the Company’s Sterlimatic Load recording charts Follow venting procedure Document posted process used on operator log. Ensure unit is operating properly (notify management when issues arise) Turn on water treatment systems Enter readings as required by posted process (MIG and chart temperature, RPM) Check cooling water chlorine levels. Have temperature of finished product checked If any quality or food safety issues are observed, notify your immediate supervisor. The production supervisor will provide coverage or designate appropriate personnel in absence of this person.
