About The Position

As a Freezer Production Team Member, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the daily operations in our freezer department. You will be responsible for operating production line equipment, monitoring chemical levels, moving product, cleaning machinery, and ensuring food safety and quality standards are met—all while working in cold storage conditions.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year of production or warehouse experience.
• Ability to work in cold environments and lift/move 50+ lbs frequently.
• Strong attention to detail and safety.

Nice To Haves

• Valid forklift and electric pallet jack operator's license a plus
• Basic computer skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Start up, operate, defrost, and shut down equipment in the freezer production line.
• Weigh, dump, and move mushroom products as directed.
• Complete equipment and food safety checks.
• Clean and sanitize workstations and equipment.
• Communicate clearly with supervisors and team members.
• Perform tasks involving physical labor in cold storage (30–34°F) for extended periods.
