About The Position
To fill cases to proper weight according to the schedule and place on a pallet in a specific pattern.
Requirements
- TMC GMP
- TMC Product and lot coding
Responsibilities
- Obtain daily schedule and review items being produced.
- Make sure scale is working properly.
- Tare out box
- Fill box to correct weight and fold poly bag down.
- Seal case and make sure code is correctly printed on case
- Place finished case on pallet
- Assist with wash downs.
- Any other jobs assigned by the supervisor
- Notify your immediate supervisor, if any quality or food safety issues are observed.
- The production supervisor will provide coverage or designate appropriate personnel in absence of this person.
