About The Position

Principal Duties: Set up productions lines in the morning and transfer finished goods to the -10 box and / or cooler.

Obtain a daily schedule and review the items being produced.
Set lines in accordance to the day’s schedule, equipment set up.
Collect packaging material needed for the items being produced.

Example: master cases, poly liners, totes, etc.

Transfer finished product to the cold storage warehouse or to its designated area.
Assist personnel in any wash down duties during regular intervals or during line stoppages.
Any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
If any quality or food safety issues are observed, notify your immediate supervisor.
The production supervisor will provide coverage or designate appropriate personnel in absence of this person.
