About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Sterilization Technician to join our team at Where Smiles Grow. As a Sterilization Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sterility of all dental and medical equipment used in our facility. Your attention to detail and adherence to infection control protocols will be critical in maintaining a safe and healthy environment for our patients and staff. You will work closely with our dental and medical professionals to ensure that all equipment is properly sterilized and ready for use. Your work will directly impact the quality of care we provide to our patients.

Performing daily cleaning and sterilization of dental equipment and patient areas
Maintaining and monitoring sterilization equipment and supplies
Adhering to infection control protocols and guidelines
Collaborating with dental professionals to ensure equipment is properly sterilized and ready for use
Maintaining accurate records of sterilization processes and equipment maintenance
