About The Position

Baptist Health is seeking a Sterilization Tech 1 for Sterilization Services. This is a full-time position with shifts from 2pm to 10:30pm. The role involves knowledge of sterilization supplies, equipment, and instruments. Duties include the care, packaging, inspection, cleaning, and reprocessing of surgical instrumentation. The position also entails inventory and distribution of equipment and supplies for the operating room. The estimated pay range for this position is $18.32 - $20.24 per hour, depending on experience.

Requirements

• Knowledge of sterilization supplies, equipment and instruments.
• High School or GED
• Less than 1 year of experience

Nice To Haves

• Graduate of SPD or Surgical Technician training program
• Certification
