Sterile Processing Technician
About The Position
The Sterile Processing Technician will be responsible for the cleaning, inspection, sterilization and distribution of sterile instrumentation and equipment. They will work collaboratively with other departments to ensure all supplies, instrumentation and equipment are available for procedures. Requirements
- Within one (1) year of hire: National Certified Registered Central Service Technician - Healthcare Sterile Processing Association OR Within one (1) year of hire: National Certified Sterile Processing and Distribution Technician - Certification Board for Sterile Processing and Distribution
Nice To Haves
- Coursework/Training Sterile Processing and Distribution OR Coursework/Training Surgical Technician
- Previous experience in Sterile Processing or knowledge of surgical instrumentation.
