About The Position

This role is responsible for mastering the full sterilization cycle by decontaminating, inspecting, and assembling complex instrument sets according to IFUs and strict QA standards. The technician will also own the inventory process by using tracking systems and count sheets to ensure every tray is 100% complete, functional, and ready for the case cart.

Requirements

• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
• Central Service Tech specializing in Sterile Processing credentialed from the Healthcare Sterile Processing Association Preferred.
• Central Service Tech specializing in Sterile Processing credentialed from the Certification Board for Sterile Processing and Distribution (CBSPD) Preferred.
• Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
