About The Position

Provide reusable and disposable medical devices, equipment, instrumentation, and scopes, for health care providers. Perform tasks independently, respond to customer service requests, and serve as a point of escalation and training resource for team members.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Graduation from a Sterile Processing Program or equivalent on the job training or related military experience.
  • As a condition of employment: Within 90 days of hire/transfer and annually thereafter, must complete and pass Learning Center web based training module, CHA-Blood Borne Pathogens.
  • 2 or more years of recent experience in sterile processing.
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating with other staff and facilitating teamwork to achieve department objectives.
  • Demonstrated experience with and successful execution of tasks related to multiple sterile processing workflows.
  • Demonstrated experience successfully completing tasks independently.
  • CSPDT or CRCST
