About The Position
Responsible for cleaning, disinfection, preparation, processing and distribution of sterile and non-sterile medical supplies and equipment. Performs technical details according to written policies and procedures. Maintains expertise in all aspects of area activities. Monitors quality activities and the physical environment. Participates in continuous improvement processes. Completes other duties as assigned. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position. This position is not eligible for F-1 OPT STEM extension.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be able to read, write, and understand English.
- Will be required to stand and walk all of the scheduled shifts.
- Occasional pushing/lifting of up to 46 pounds.
Nice To Haves
- Healthcare Sterile Processing Association (HSPA) Certification as a Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) within 18 months of hire.
