About The Position

Valley View Surgery Center in Basalt, Colorado, is seeking a PRN Sterile Processing Tech to help cover vacation and sick calls. The role works days and evenings and cleans, wraps, sterilizes, and maintains inventory of instruments, equipment, and sterile supplies. The technician must also be able and willing to process endoscopy scopes, including Endo Scopes and EDG Scopes.

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Two years of sterile processing experience.
• Certification as a CSPDT (Sterile Processing and Distribution Technician) or CRCST (Certified Registered Central Service Technician).
• Ability and willingness to process Endo Scopes and EDG Scopes for Endoscopy.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities

• Clean, wrap, and sterilize instruments, equipment, and sterile supplies.
• Maintain inventory of instruments, equipment, and sterile supplies.
• Process Endo Scopes and EDG Scopes for Endoscopy.
