Requirements

• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
• Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.

• Central Service Tech specializing in Sterile Processing credentialed from the International Association of Healthcare Central Service Material Management (IAHCSMM) Preferred.
• Central Service Tech specializing in Sterile Processing credentialed from the Certification Board for Sterile Processing and Distribution (CBSPD) Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Champion Patient Safety by meticulously decontaminating, inspecting, and assembling surgical instruments to ensure every tool is sterile, functional, and ready for the operating table.
• Precision-Build Surgical Sets using advanced tracking systems and count sheets, ensuring surgeons have the exact tools they need to perform life-saving procedures without delay.
• Master Sterilization Technology by expertly operating high-tech equipment and validating processes against strict protocols to maintain the highest standards of clinical integrity.
• Optimize Operational Readiness by proactively managing inventory and case cart supplies, ensuring the surgical team never experiences a gap in care due to missing equipment.
• Cultivate a Culture of Excellence through peer quality audits and mentorship, upholding the rigorous standards that define our commitment to high-quality patient outcomes.
