About The Position
Emplify Health by Gundersen is seeking a Sterile Processing Technician Trainee to join their Central Services team. This role offers paid, on-the-job training to learn critical skills in decontaminating, cleaning, sterilizing, assembling, and packaging medical instruments. The trainee will also gain exposure to infection prevention protocols, quality and safety standards, and the full sterile processing lifecycle. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to complete a sterile processing cohort or training program within 6 months of hire
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
