We’re seeking a Sterile Processing Supervisor to, under the direction of the OR Manager, provide daily leadership and operational oversight for the Sterile Processing Department. This position supervises staff and coordinates departmental workflow. The supervisor helps ensure services are completed safely, accurately, and efficiently in accordance with established policies, procedures, infection prevention standards, and regulatory requirements. The supervisor works alongside staff to support daily operations and surgical schedules.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years sterile processing experience required.
- Required high school diploma (or GED).
Nice To Haves
- Previous supervisor experience preferred.
- Sterile processing certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide daily leadership and operational oversight for the Sterile Processing Department.
- Supervise staff and coordinate departmental workflow.
- Ensure services are completed safely, accurately, and efficiently in accordance with established policies, procedures, infection prevention standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Support daily operations and surgical schedules by working alongside staff.
