About The Position

Southend Pharmacy is a modern 503A compounding pharmacy focused on longevity-aligned therapeutics. They support providers and their patients with precision in compounding and transparent processes. Southend Pharmacy operates at the intersection of innovation, ambition, and clinical excellence. They are seeking a detail-oriented Sterile Pharmacy Technician to support sterile compounding operations in a Full-Time capacity. This role is critical to maintaining compliance, quality, and patient safety standards within the pharmacy.

Requirements

• Active Registered Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) license in good standing with the Texas State Board of Pharmacy (TSBP)
• Minimum 1+ years of recent experience in sterile compounding environments
• Current IV Sterile Compounding Certification (e.g., ACPE-accredited sterile compounding certification)
• Ability to work required PRN schedule and maintain flexibility
• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely medication preparation and distribution
• Maintain proper documentation and organization of medication records
• Monitor inventory levels and replenish supplies as needed
